Legend Biotech is seeking a Global Operations Project Manager as part of the Global Operations team based in Somerset, NJ. This position will be responsible for providing project management support to Global Operations in facilitating the execution of significant corporate-wide projects and identifying operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiencies. The individual will partner with Executive Leadership and various Technical Operation and Quality functions in support of efficiency improvement initiatives across pipeline operations, including EDD, Pre-clinical & Clinical teams. The role requires proven project leadership and expertise that drives effective communication, coordination, and collaboration across relevant cross-functional groups to drive key initiatives across the organization. The Global Operations Project Manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of integrated project and program plans in the plant, ensuring alignment in support of the overall objectives and priorities of the plant. This includes establishing and reporting on key project/program metrics to support on-time and on-budget project deliverables. The individual will help develop and support the implementation of a project management office (PMO) with tools such as project portfolio management to prioritize projects, improve business performance, and increase the utilization and skills of team members. In this role, the manager will lead the generation and alignment of integrated project plans across functional teams, define interdependent deliverables, and ensure that risk, cost, and timing are managed within the overall approved plan. The position will also involve driving milestone decision point planning and associated deliverables across functions to achieve overall project objectives, preparing and managing governance interactions in partnership with the Project Sponsor, and monitoring and reporting on the progress of project goals. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing and managing the communication plan for the project, including stakeholder management, and ensuring effective, accurate, and timely communication of project information.
