About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a vital role in the Global Operations department at Electronic Arts, responsible for delivering EA franchises to market across various platforms and channels. This position involves managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Studio, Global Commercial Management, and Marketing teams, to ensure alignment with franchise and channel strategies. The TAM oversees content delivery to channel partners and guides Studios on platform capabilities, ensuring accurate content setup and promoting alignment across processes and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Create and communicate product setup and configuration plans for First Party & Platform Partner offers.
  • Support Studios in understanding submission processes and align testing plans with QA teams.
  • Advise Studio, QA, and business teams on platform and publishing requirements.
  • Partner with GO Portfolio Directors and Planning & Readiness teams on platform configuration support.
  • Ensure tools and documents reflect accurate content IDs and platform information.
  • Participate in planning meetings to determine feasible configurations.
  • Help onboard new platforms, aligning capabilities with market plans.
  • Program manage submission processes for franchises and act as an escalation point.
  • Collaborate with GO Portfolio Franchise Directors to address processes affecting product setup and submission.
  • Manage relationships with multiple partners, ensuring strategic agreement.
  • Develop training processes for teams to build expertise in platform processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product submissions/platform setups in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Experience with First Party tools such as Sony's Content Pipeline, Microsoft Partner Center, Nintendo Developer Portal, SteamWorks, or Epic Game Store Self Publishing Tool.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and documentation tools like Confluence.
  • Strong relationship management and platform knowledge.
  • Experience leading teams and aligning departments to a strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
