The Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Associate role at Avery Dennison is a full-time position designed for recent graduates to participate in a 2-year rotational program. This program aims to develop the associate's knowledge and skills through practical, technical, and managerial training, providing meaningful work experiences across various operations and functions within the Apparel Solutions business. Associates will engage in two 12-month rotations in sales team roles, gaining valuable leadership skills and insights into the company's operations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 2-year rotational program with two 12-month rotations in sales team roles.
- Gain exposure to various operations and functions within the Apparel Solutions business.

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve challenging goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, or a related discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Interest and ability to rotate every 12 months into different functions and potentially different locations.
