About the position

The Global Parts Pricing Solutions Director at Caterpillar Inc. is responsible for leading a global organization focused on developing and executing a simplified merchandising framework in collaboration with aftermarket business partners. Responsibilities

• Lead the global pricing solutions team to develop and execute a parts merchandising framework.
• Manage sales variance, including forecasting and establishing sales variance standards.
• Communicate regional and managed accounts price plans effectively.
• Develop dealer pricing capabilities and ensure alignment with global pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish regional merchandising priorities that support sales and profit goals.
• Drive standardization of revenue management processes in pricing and merchandising across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading a global team in a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of aftermarket pricing functions and merchandising.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships effectively.
