The Senior Manager, Global Payroll is responsible for leading and managing all payroll operations outside of the United States. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll processes across various international locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global payroll management, a deep understanding of international payroll laws and regulations, and a proven track record of successful payroll implementations and ongoing service delivery. This position is US remote-telework; candidates located near a HQ facility (Chantilly, VA or Fort Worth, TX) for flexible onsite work are preferred. However, candidates that are not in the mentioned geographic areas will also be considered as long as they are open to light travel to the Chantilly, VA office. US citizenship is required. Essential Responsibilities include leadership and management of the global payroll team, ensuring payroll operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with relevant laws. The role also involves process management and improvement, where the candidate will develop, implement, and continuously improve global payroll processes and systems. The Senior Manager will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all international employees and address payroll-related issues promptly. Compliance and risk management are also key responsibilities, requiring the candidate to stay updated on international payroll laws and conduct regular audits of payroll processes. Additionally, the role includes implementation and project management of payroll systems for new international locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations. Finally, stakeholder management is crucial, as the candidate will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management on payroll operations and performance.
