About the position

As a Global Portfolio Platform Marketer at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the wound care delivery model through innovative digital solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that digitizes the wound care process for healthcare providers, patients, and payors. This involves leveraging software and digital health solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of wound care delivery. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, tapping into your curiosity and creativity to drive impactful changes in the healthcare landscape. In this role, you will define customer needs and preferences within the wound care segment, identifying opportunities for digital solutions that can address these needs. You will analyze market drivers that influence the adoption of digital tools in wound care, ensuring that your strategies are informed by the latest trends and insights. Additionally, you will manage a Digital Customer Service Team, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support growth and success. Your responsibilities will also include designing digital products that effectively digitize aspects of the wound care delivery model, developing business cases and monetization strategies for these products, and leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch and commercialize solutions. You will be instrumental in crafting marketing, promotion, and sales strategies for digital solutions, ensuring that they resonate with target audiences and drive adoption across various healthcare segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy that digitizes the wound care delivery model for healthcare providers, patients, and payors through software and digital health solutions.
  • Define customer needs and preferences within wound care across healthcare segments that could be solved by using a digital solution.
  • Identify and analyze all market drivers affecting the adoption of digital solutions in the care of wound patients for each segment.
  • Manage a Manager of a Digital Customer Service Team and develop KPIs and metrics to support growth.
  • Design digital products (software or apps) that effectively digitize aspects of the wound care delivery model.
  • Develop business cases and monetization strategies for digital products and lead cross-functional teams to develop and effectively launch/commercialize solutions.
  • Develop marketing, promotion, and sales strategy for digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of healthcare marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of healthcare and/or digital experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • 3 years of identifying market trends and developing strategies.
  • 3 years of identifying market drivers.
  • 3 years of creating digital tools.
