Apple is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Global Practice Lead for the Enterprise Spatial Design Lab. This role is pivotal in facilitating customer ideation and strategizing the design and build of innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro with top customers, thereby accelerating solution delivery and maximizing business impact. As a leader in this space, you will inspire and guide customers through their Vision Pro journey, from initial inspiration to full deployment. You will work closely with innovation leaders at top global customers to understand their business needs through deep curiosity and thoughtful discussions, ultimately creating actionable plans to achieve mutually agreed outcomes. In this position, you will manage a team of lab resources dedicated to assisting customers with design and development. This involves partnering with various teams to scale the best methodologies and program elements. You will master the application of spatial computing best practices for business solutions, becoming well-versed in human interface guidelines and spatial design language, while engaging with in-house VisionOS talent. Your expertise will also extend to providing leadership guidance to spatial designers and engineers, ensuring that all projects adhere to high-quality processes and deliverables. Your role will require you to engage business partners and internal/external leadership through visual storytelling, presentations, and clear communications. Building and fostering positive relationships will be crucial, as you will need to influence teams to deliver successful projects. Additionally, you will guide the creation of prototypes and other key deliverables to provide customers with the necessary tools to implement the concepts developed collaboratively. Synthesizing insights from research, customer meetings, and sales feedback will be essential to inform product strategy and specifications. Leading by example with a customer-first mindset will be a key aspect of your leadership style, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with customer satisfaction and business objectives.
