About the position

The Global Producer, Brand & Creative role at TikTok involves managing global creative operations and the production of campaigns. The position requires collaboration with creative directors and agency partners to ensure high-quality execution of projects. The ideal candidate will balance strategic and tactical approaches, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining strong supplier relationships while overseeing the entire production lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of projects, from contracts to payments.
• Develop and implement the best agency and production architecture for each project.
• Suggest and implement efficient workflows to streamline the creative production process.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effective production.
• Co-manage shoots and productions on location with external partners and agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies globally.
• Research best practices and roll out new tools to improve creative workflows.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, both in-person and remotely.
• Hands-on team player with strong people skills and work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
