About the position

The Global Product Manager - CRM and Digital Marketing at Sony Biotechnology will be responsible for enhancing CRM operations and developing digital marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. This role focuses on implementing sales force effectiveness, managing CRM tools, and optimizing digital marketing efforts across various channels to track performance and ROI. The position requires collaboration with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and execute a global roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation efforts for sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales productivity.
  • Develop collaboration with internal stakeholders to align objectives within the Sales organization and Customer service.
  • Monitor and improve eCommerce performance to enhance leads and funnel performance.
  • Manage and support the use of CRM tools with sales teams, including training and managing the CRM implementation team.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing automation and leverage analytics to improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and campaign performance.
  • Partner with regional teams to align SEM and SEO strategies and identify keyword opportunities.
  • Measure and report performance of digital assets against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and Sales Operations or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing environment in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in marketing automation, CRM, and SEM/SEO technologies.
  • Strong understanding of usability best practices related to web/digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Experience managing external agencies and contractors.
  • Integrated marketing and communications skills including research, analytical skills, and project management.
  • Deep understanding of analytics to shape digital strategies.

  • Experience in website transformation projects.

  • Ability to manage complexity and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
