About the position

The Global Product Manager for Digital Security Services is responsible for leading the development and expansion of Connected Security services on a global scale within the Global Lifecycle Solutions team. This role involves creating a vision and roadmap for service capabilities, collaborating across various functions, and ensuring the successful deployment of initiatives to differentiate Johnson Controls' solutions in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Connected Security services on a global scale.
• Create a vision and roadmap for service expansion through new capabilities and market entry.
• Drive the milestone process (RCLP) and secure business buy-in for initiatives.
• Define and scale service delivery models through installation and service resources.
• Influence market requirements for product development and support NPI planning goals.
• Negotiate product backlog and dependencies with internal and external teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing to build customer-facing collateral and represent the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to define Go-To-Market motions and measurement KPIs.
• Evangelize the product offering with sales teams and customers.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in the Security industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Direct experience in Product Management and commercial sales or marketing.
• Strong public speaking, negotiation, and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to provide leadership without a direct reporting structure.
• Experience presenting to upper management to manage expectations.
• Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
