About the position

The Global Product Manager at Ricoh will lead the product strategy for RICOH Spaces, a SaaS platform designed to optimize workplace management in the hybrid work environment. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and growth, ensuring that RICOH maintains its leadership in workplace technology solutions. The manager will oversee the product lifecycle, collaborate with various teams, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, all while focusing on user acquisition and retention in diverse global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global product strategy that accelerates growth and adoption of RICOH Spaces
  • Lead a team of product owners, fostering innovation and excellence in product development
  • Collaborate with regional product marketing managers to tailor strategies for diverse global markets
  • Drive data-informed decision making to prioritize features and enhancements
  • Act as the voice of the product, communicating vision and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for RICOH Spaces across global markets
  • Work with regional product marketing managers to tailor strategies for local markets
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through product innovations
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs for the product team, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • Champion data-driven decision making and experimentation in product development
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and drive product adoption
  • Represent RICOH Spaces at industry events and with key clients as a product evangelist
  • Guide technical decisions that impact product scalability, performance, and user experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in the enterprise software space
  • A strong technical background, capable of guiding architectural decisions and collaborating effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience in driving significant product growth and revenue in global markets
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product strategy
  • Outstanding communication abilities, adept at inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of workplace technologies and the evolving needs of modern businesses
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Experience mentoring junior product managers and fostering team growth
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across various departments
