About the position

The Global Product Marketing Director for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) at Boston Scientific is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy and execution for the next generation of CRM implantable devices. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to commercialize the product in global markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment. The director will also be tasked with mentoring talent, managing budgets, and leveraging industry relationships to drive success in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of Global Marketing for the commercialization of BSC's next generation CRM device platform.
  • Attract, develop and lead direct reports, setting an inspirational mission and goals for the marketing team.
  • Coach and mentor organizational talent, creating opportunities for skill advancement and recognition.
  • Oversee global marketing execution to ensure critical business objectives are measured and achieved.
  • Coordinate strategies and communication across global regions to optimize impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Influence and leverage internal and external relationships toward stated goals.
  • Foster industry relationships with key stakeholders to further franchise/division goals.
  • Ensure a learning mindset among team members and foster a continuous improvement approach.
  • Create dashboards to track and report marketing/launch performance, utilizing performance data for optimization.
  • Direct and control the activities and budget of functional areas and product groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of professional experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in complex commercial program management or team leadership in med technology, pharma or biotech.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence across multiple levels.
  • Strong business acumen and fact-based decision making.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cardiac Rhythm Management experience.
  • Advanced education such as Master of Business Administration degree.
  • Global marketing and product launch experience.
  • Understanding of all disciplines of marketing and commercial/sales process.
  • Medical device field sales experience.
  • Pricing and contracting experience in the US Market.
