The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team, part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization, is responsible for building advertising products tailored for app and gaming clients. Our vision is to position TikTok as the premier platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain, and monetize users. This involves developing products that cater to unique vertical needs, new monetization models, and various stages of the app lifecycle. In this role, you will define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's App solution, focusing on Android and Subscription. You will play a crucial role in setting this strategy and ensuring its flawless execution. Conducting qualitative and quantitative market research will be essential to explore new solutions and gather insights that inform product planning. As a product expert, you will assess product market fit through alpha and beta testing phases, establishing a feedback loop to ensure product launches exceed customer expectations. You will set the vision for product launches and the go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with regional counterparts and cross-functional partners to drive in-market activations, sales enablement, and product adoption. Your influence will extend to product requirements during the planning and development stages, articulating customer feedback and market insights to become a trusted partner and thought leader in the problem/solution space. Additionally, you will participate in establishing a high-caliber product marketing team at TikTok, sharing best practices and evolving processes that benefit the entire team and the Product Solutions Organization (PSO).
