The Global Product Marketing Manager for SMB Ecommerce & Core Ads will play a crucial role in helping small and medium businesses (SMBs) adopt the right advertising solutions to grow their business on TikTok. This position is part of the SMB Growth team, which is responsible for ensuring product market fit for SMBs and developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. In this role, the manager will act as the "COO" of the SMB e-commerce solutions, leading various initiatives to determine and enhance product market fit for SMB advertisers. This includes driving product adoption and best practices, as well as building a comprehensive GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, utilizing strong analytical skills and customer insights to prioritize product improvements. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving product issues is essential for success in this role. The manager will be expected to become an expert in the needs of SMB e-commerce customers through qualitative feedback, quantitative analysis, and industry research. They will also need to collaborate with product and SMB Growth teams to identify product gaps and drive progress in improving product fit and performance for SMB advertisers on TikTok.
