About the position

The Global Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for large, complex product launches and go-to-market campaigns for MillerKnoll's flagship brands, Herman Miller and Knoll. This role requires a highly organized project manager who collaborates across various categories, channels, and functions to ensure the success of global product marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development and manage execution of global product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels and verticals.
  • Develop and manage launch budgets to optimize return on investment and nurture brand health.
  • Oversee marketing collateral development for large initiatives, coordinating across multiple departments and channels.
  • Partner with distribution channel leads and product teams to maximize product launches.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic alignment and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies.
  • Ensure product and category campaigns align with overall brand strategy and corporate initiatives.
  • Co-lead the development of compelling storytelling for brand communication and content.
  • Foster an understanding of the Herman Miller and Knoll brands to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years professional experience in product or brand marketing with global experience in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple global and regional product launches across various departments and channels.
  • Analytical and creative ability to translate complex ideas into customer-facing content.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to filter and consolidate input effectively.
  • Detail-oriented execution across all marketing touchpoints.
