The Global Production Support Manager is responsible for developing world-class platforms for our clients' flow and derivative products, which encompass Fixed Income, Futures, Fund, Equity, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Clearing, and Prime Services. This role is unique due to the necessity for highly analytical and flexible systems that facilitate the processing of complex and varied transactions. The Global Production Services team oversees more than 600 applications, providing level 1 and level 2 support. The individual in this position will lead the Americas' responsibility to establish a sustainable organization and infrastructure capable of supporting the dynamic and rapidly growing global businesses. One of the major challenges faced in this role is the rapidly changing landscape of the Global Markets America's business, which necessitates a flexible production services group that can adapt at the same pace as the business demands. As the organization transitions towards an Americas model, rather than an in-country model, achieving global consistency in governance, processes, and tooling becomes essential. This will require close collaboration with other regional managers and systems developed outside of the Americas region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, along with excellent relationship, communication, and presentation skills. They will be expected to work effectively with the business, global support teams, and other support groups, such as infrastructure. The role demands experience in managing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions and services, coupled with a proactive 'can do' attitude. The ability to develop, communicate, and execute a long-term vision and strategy is crucial, as is the capacity to produce and implement processes and tools that enhance support effectiveness. Analytical skills are essential for resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, and the ability to assess resource requirements to support systems is also necessary.
