About the position

The Global Program Manager for Lifecycle Services at Rockwell Automation is responsible for developing and executing business strategies that maximize the success of large programs driving the Rockwell Connected Enterprise. This role involves coordinating teams across multiple business segments to deliver comprehensive lifecycle solutions and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate teams and groups across business units to deliver full lifecycle solutions.
  • Interface with account management teams to execute coordinated sales and delivery strategies.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned programs, including sales, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with regional teams on launch and deployment activities, including resource identification and planning.
  • Create and maintain a global program execution plan, with regional-specific variants as necessary.
  • Communicate program status regularly to partners, compiling data to compare performance against metrics.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure appropriate resource assignment to meet commercial and delivery goals.
  • Develop and maintain global governance and oversight for execution across regional delivery teams.
  • Identify and escalate program-level risks and opportunities across regions.
  • Analyze data across regions to identify trends and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support alignment on delivery of additional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Experience using and applying Automation products in solutions business or in an industrial plant.
  • Experience aggregating data in Excel with pivot tables or LOOKUPs.
  • Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.); IFS, SAP, and SharePoint.
  • PMP Certification.
