About the position

The Global Real Estate - Business Operations Manager at NCR Atleos plays a crucial role in executing the mission and strategies of the Global Real Estate initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Real Estate, this position is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of financial and business operations services. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear direction and strategic advice to GRE Leadership.
  • Support the delivery of global real estate operations with a focus on maximizing financial performance.
  • Oversee the service provider's dedicated account finance team.
  • Accountability for GRE Purchase Order and Invoicing process, including those managed by Service Provider.
  • Align and guide the account finance team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual operational planning process.
  • Accountable for preparation of the annual bottoms-up plan.
  • Oversee activities of the account team regarding annual budget setting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Manage ongoing forecasting and monthly business reviews to highlight commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance team to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly financials.
  • Ensure accurate and timely operational, financial, and other KPIs are provided to the Real Estate management team.
  • Maintain understanding of corporate accounting structure and systems.
  • Coordinate and track cost savings initiatives across regions.
  • Oversight of PO & Invoice process, including vendor management.
  • Ensure proper alignment of POs and Invoices to appropriate cost centers.
  • Produce and analyze rent variance reports.
  • Ensure data integrity of systems across regions and audit data periodically.
  • Manage compliance reviews and certifications related to GRE functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Extensive work experience in a finance or operational management function of a global business
  • Extensive experience with cross-functional Global Real Estate organization
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles/SOX
  • Exposure to US GAAP/IFRS
  • Strong team leader with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver effective solutions in a complex environment
  • Ability to influence senior management on strategic matters
  • Knowledgeable about organizational dynamics and able to deliver through a dispersed team
  • Ability to identify financial opportunities and risks
  • Attention to detail and ability to conduct complex financial analysis
