The Global Regulatory Affairs Program Manager - Organizational Change at Northern Trust is a pivotal role that focuses on managing the change management plan and implementation efforts for large-scale, enterprise-wide programs. This position is situated within the Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO), which is responsible for enhancing risk management and controls, remediating regulatory and audit findings, and overseeing regulatory affairs. The Program Manager will report directly to the Global Head of Regulatory Program Management and will be tasked with delivering critical strategic capabilities or regulatory changes that impact multiple business units and disciplines executing the GRAO strategy. In this fast-paced environment, the Program Manager must effectively manage multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment in various situations. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, handling a wide array of activities and confidential matters with discretion and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting complex change programs, collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams, and addressing the needs of stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include understanding and managing the program needs for the Organizational Change Management program, ensuring clear communication of expectations, maintaining progress across a portfolio of work, and managing program risks and issues. The Program Manager will leverage established structures by the GRAO PMO to report on key status updates, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of work. Additionally, the role involves liaising with the program management team and business unit stakeholders to support the delivery of key milestones, utilizing technology and automation to enhance efficiency, and proactively managing dependencies and roadblocks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities related to supported projects, maintaining confidentiality of correspondence and records, and facilitating discussions to reach decisions at stakeholder meetings.
