As the Global Retail Creative Director, you will lead the team that brings distinct and powerful brand stories and product experiences to life in the realm of Arc'teryx retail. The objectives are simple; shape a creative vision that pulls our unique identity into focus, lead the team of creators that make that vision a reality, and help build a resilient and inspiring future for our business at our most important touchpoint. Your team will deliver best-in-class brand experience at retail - creating unmissable moments for new guests and longtime brand advocates. Equal parts conceptual and strategic, this role demands an experienced leader who can own the creative process, from brief to pitch, ideation to execution. You will drive break-through ideas, cocreate compelling and intuitive consumer journeys, establish our unique positioning with our guest, and relentlessly iterate and evolve our brand standards at retail. This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to remote work.
