About the position

The Manager of Revenue Operations will lead the design and implementation of processes, technology, and analytics for the global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams at Energy Exemplar. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency across all go-to-market functions and requires collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing go-to-market operations in growing startups and will be prepared to take on a leadership role to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in process, planning, technology, and analytics for the go-to-market organization.
  • Quickly implement improvements in go-to-market processes after familiarizing with the current setup and data structure.
  • Become a subject matter expert in process, planning, and analytics for the Revenue Operations VP and global go-to-market leaders.
  • Support and optimize all aspects of the sales cycle using SFDC, CPQ, HubSpot, and external account enrichment sources.
  • Improve data flow and quality with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Prioritize and coordinate system enhancements with the technical team to optimize existing processes and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment of the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams with sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members to improve their tactical skills.

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience in a RevOps related role (Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops) in a B2B SW environment, preferably SaaS.
  • Expertise in developing AOP, Capacity Plan, Coverage Plan, Territory & Quota Planning, Comp. Plan, Pipeline & Forecast management, Opportunity Stage-gate management, Demand Gen modeling, and Renewal processes.
  • Desire to mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ability to develop detailed requirements for SFDC and CPQ to support GTM processes.
  • Expert ability to synthesize data across multiple data sources to provide insights across the GTM value-chain and customer buying journey.
