About the position

As a Global Revenue Enablement Manager at Degreed, you will play a crucial role in driving new revenue growth and enhancing the performance of the sales force. This position focuses on developing innovative learning programs and optimizing sales tools to support the Sales Director, Sales Development Representative, and Partnership teams. You will work collaboratively to ensure that sales representatives have the necessary resources and support to succeed, while also fostering a culture of value-based selling and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support Field-Facing Sales Teams by aligning enablement efforts for new business sales teams, focusing on Value Selling.
  • Design Learning and Onboarding Programs, leading the creation and management of onboarding and continuous learning pathways.
  • Create and Maintain Enablement Resources, developing and updating sales enablement resources such as playbooks and product guides.
  • Optimize Sales Tools and Technology by providing training on sales enablement tools and optimizing their use.
  • Track and Measure Performance by establishing KPIs to monitor success and refine programs based on data-driven insights.
  • Innovate and Adapt Programs by continuously improving enablement programs and integrating AI.
  • Drive Adoption of Key Initiatives to ensure behavioral changes within the sales team align with business objectives.
  • Sales Coaching by reviewing sales presentations and providing feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with a strong background in sales methodologies and best practices, especially value-based selling.
  • Ability to think strategically, track key metrics, and use data to optimize enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts and present effectively to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to work across departments and foster partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Skilled at finding new ways to enable teams, including leveraging technology and AI.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Gong.io.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in sales processes.
