About the position

Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting thorough investigations of claims.
- Evaluate losses and negotiate settlements with claimants and policyholders.
- Interact with appraisers, attorneys, and other third parties involved in the claims process.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their claims.
- Support the claims team in managing customer needs promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining after Summer 2024.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 10-12 weeks.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
