About the position

The position involves leading a global team of sales professionals in the in-line inspection market, focusing on exceeding revenue and profitability targets while growing the market segment. The role requires collaboration across the organization and the implementation of effective sales strategies to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides global sales leadership and overall coordination of sales within the global Pipeline Integrity business line.
  • Establishes and maintains an ongoing, effective key/target account program with measurable goals and objectives.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies, pricing recommendations, and programs to achieve annual revenue and direct margin forecasts.
  • Maintains awareness of competitor product/service pricing and recommends changes to maintain a competitive market position.
  • Selects, manages, evaluates, motivates, and develops employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Leads continuous improvement processes within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years experience managing people in commercial roles globally.
  • Work experience in the pipeline industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a P/L.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across the organization.
