About the position

The Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager role at Atradius involves working within the Global Accounts Team to promote and sell Trade Credit insurance solutions to multinational companies. This position is based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and operates on a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in trade credit and client relations to drive business growth and manage complex international opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness of the company in the marketplace and secure new clients.
  • Identify new prospects, assess client needs, and select suitable/potential clients.
  • Establish appropriate policy structures and manage risk in complex international opportunities.
  • Develop business relationships with intermediaries, clients, brokers, and customers.
  • Negotiate terms of business at both individual deal and scheme levels.
  • Manage relationships and deliver against operational plans.
  • Promote Atradius products to large multinational companies and structure insurance offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics.
  • 4+ years of experience in trade credit, financial, or business analysis with a focus on client relations.
  • Strong understanding of policy structures and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work with different cultures and time zones.
