As a Global Sales Operations Manager for Generative AI Startups at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of our Generative AI customers. This position is designed for individuals with a blend of technical, financial, and business operations skills, who are passionate about driving operational excellence within the global Startups Segment team. Your expertise will directly impact the success of Generative AI startups leveraging AWS to scale their businesses. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue, while leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. In this role, you will assist in managing the sales forecasting process, analyzing trends and variances to provide accurate and timely projections. Collaboration with Finance will be essential to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting. You will also identify and address any operational roadblocks that may hinder the sales team's ability to close deals and progress the pipeline. Streamlining and standardizing sales operations processes will be a key focus, as will implementing tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity. Your work will contribute significantly to the growth and success of the Generative AI startups business and the broader Startups Segment, which are strategic priorities for AWS.
