In this role, you will support Asset Protection strategies and processes with a customer-centric mindset, aiming to deliver results that drive store sales and maximize operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for the effective execution of Asset Protection measures to safeguard our stores and distribution centers. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks in an evolving business landscape will be essential. You will leverage data from process evaluations and brand research to influence investigative directions and management decisions. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating the daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), which encompasses a variety of tasks such as risk intelligence, incident and crisis management, emergency communication, and ensuring supply chain resilience. You will actively participate in the intelligence function, preparing and distributing global risk intelligence products to identify and mitigate potential business risks. Constant vigilance is key, as you will monitor open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and specialized internal tools for threats to our employees, assets, and brand reputation. Additionally, you will track global geopolitical events that may impact executive travel or company operations, providing timely reports as necessary. In the event of life safety incidents, you will take the lead in coordinating responses, ensuring the safety and security of all involved.

Responsibilities

  • Support Asset Protection strategies and processes with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Execute Asset Protection measures to protect stores and distribution centers effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in an evolving business environment.
  • Leverage data from evaluations and research to influence investigative direction.
  • Facilitate daily operations of the GSOC, including risk intelligence and incident management.
  • Prepare and distribute global risk intelligence products to mitigate business risks.
  • Monitor open-source intelligence and social media for potential threats.
  • Track global geopolitical events impacting travel and operations, providing reports.
  • Lead responses to life safety incidents, coordinating with security teams.

Requirements

  • Experience using data to tell a story and implement solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on Asset Protection strategies.
  • Experience in customer service or high-pressure multitasking environments.
  • Ability to actively learn and apply learnings into decisions and behaviors.
  • Present problem analysis and recommended solutions creatively and logically.
  • Must pass the 'CritiCall' computer-based testing module.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Global Security Operations Center or similar environment preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows OS.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security, information security, and emergency operations in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with Access Control/Alarm Monitoring systems.
