About the position

The Global Site Experience Manager at PayPal is responsible for shaping and driving a meaningful employee experience and fostering a culture of belonging. This role involves strategizing and developing employee experiences that connect and inspire employees to excel in their work, aligning with PayPal's vision to revolutionize commerce. The manager will oversee global activation strategies and operations to implement engagement initiatives that support the company's enterprise strategy and business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global strategy for local employee experiences and events to bring PayPal's mission to life.
  • Maintain and build the Center of Excellence model and enablement model for global, regional, and site engagement, including guidelines, processes, and customizable templates.
  • Develop ongoing metrics and analysis to measure and enhance overall employee engagement.
  • Allocate and manage global and local budgets effectively.
  • Manage agency partnerships to support engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with global leaders across Real Estate and Facilities, HR, and local leadership.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years in engagement or events for a globally dispersed workforce.
  • Proactive in identifying needs and solving them effectively.
  • Passion for understanding business strategy and building community among employees.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and negotiating plans.
  • Creative and engaged in new forms of digital content and communication channels.
  • Ability to embrace ongoing change and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Diplomatic with the ability to manage organizational and cultural sensitivities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing large-scale events or employee engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess engagement metrics.
