About the position

The Global Social Media Senior Director will lead BCG's global social media strategy, enhancing the company's presence and perception across various social media channels. This role involves overseeing social media campaigns, content amplification, and collaboration with the BCG Leadership Team to ensure active engagement on social platforms. The director will also manage a diverse team of social media professionals and work closely with analytics to measure the impact of social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BCG's global social media strategy.
• Enhance BCG's visibility on key social media channels.
• Oversee social paid campaigns and content storytelling.
• Orchestrate content amplification globally and locally.
• Enable BCG Leadership Team and staff to engage on social media.
• Manage the Social Media Studio.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to measure social media impact.
• Lead and cultivate an inclusive team culture among social media professionals.
• Work collaboratively with other communication channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in leading a social media function.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of growing a large social media presence.
• Strong editorial knowledge is an advantage.
• High education about the functionality of social media platforms and analytics.
• Advanced communication skills, including senior leadership presentations.
• Ability to work with diverse markets and cultures.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
