About The Position
The Supply Chain & Internship Program at Weber provides you with the opportunity to provide key impacts to Weber and grow your supply chain knowledge within key areas of our Supply Chain & Operations organization over a 12-week period. Participants will take on responsibility of a strategic project to be identified and developed with leadership. You will get a holistic view of the organization through participation in development opportunities including on-the-job immersive responsibilities, strategic projects and initiatives, site tours, mentoring, exposure to supply chain executives, and networking events. The internship roles will be based in Weber's Palatine, IL Headquarters. Most roles employ a hybrid office/work-from-home schedule, with the option of our Downtown Chicago office for one of the office days. Program participants should anticipate having a project solution and readout for their project and have the potential opportunity for finding a role at Weber past their internship.
