About the position

The Global Supply Planner at Cytek Biosciences Inc. is responsible for overseeing the global supply of instruments, spare parts, and reagents. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure product availability, optimize supply chains, and support business objectives through data-driven planning and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global supply planning for instruments, reagents, and spare parts, ensuring alignment with the Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • Develop and maintain the Master Ship Plan, balancing inventory levels and minimizing excess stock.
  • Establish and optimize supply modes (MTB, MTO, or Kanban), supply sites, and lead times for instruments.
  • Monitor global inventory levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstock.
  • Set and manage inventory targets for each product and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain weekly Master Ship Schedules, aligning with annual sales budgets, forecasts, and inventory targets.
  • Work with Production, Planning, and Purchasing to schedule production and ensure timely delivery of finished goods globally.
  • Provide key components forecasts to the global purchasing team to support production and sales goals.
  • Coordinate material procurement and address supply chain risks, including material shortages or production delays.
  • Deliver regular inventory, revenue, and performance metric reports.
  • Collaborate with Master Data Specialists to resolve data inaccuracies.
  • Analyze product forecasts, supplies, and sales to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure expectations for internal and external customers are met through effective supply chain coordination.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply planning or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and experience with inventory control and demand planning.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • US citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States.
