About the position

The Global Talent Acquisition Analyst at Educational Testing Service (ETS) plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's recruitment efforts through data analysis and interpretation. This position focuses on optimizing recruiting strategies, enhancing candidate experiences, and ensuring the effectiveness of global recruitment processes. The analyst will leverage data to provide insights and recommendations that align with ETS's mission to advance quality and equity in education.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the Global Talent Acquisition team and TA Leadership to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in recruitment.
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the recruitment process through data analysis and benchmarking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance global recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and sourcing channels.
  • Conduct research on global talent markets, including trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis using Talent Insights tool.
  • Analyze candidate feedback and recruitment process data to identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align recruitment strategies and practices with organizational goals.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment technology tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional recruitment regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience on a Global Talent Acquisition team in a similar or related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications or related software.
  • Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to change quickly.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn, Handshake, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
