About the position

The Global Talent Acquisition Lead at LotusFlare, Inc. is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment across the organization. This position involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's business goals, creating tactical sourcing plans, and establishing key connections to support sourcing activities. The Global Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure that recruitment efforts are in line with the company's strategic objectives. This role is critical in accelerating the growth of LotusFlare by hiring, onboarding, and retaining the right talent across the global team. In this role, the Global Talent Acquisition Lead will own all full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, from posting new roles to onboarding new hires. They will manage existing hiring managers and recruiters, carefully defining objectives and roles. The Lead will partner with senior leadership to proactively identify staffing needs across all departments and define recruiting plans accordingly. They will work closely with recruiters to manage the global recruiting pipeline, focusing on high-priority positions, executing interview loops, and meeting recruiting targets. Additionally, the Lead will align talent management efforts with the company culture and values, championing a positive employee experience. The Global Talent Acquisition Lead will continually improve employee onboarding and orientation activities, take the lead on employer branding, and research ways to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics. They will define and establish a long-term talent strategy that includes identifying critical roles, determining talent gaps, and contributing to internal mobility efforts. The Lead will evaluate existing processes and pilot experiments to improve user experience while ensuring fair and transparent systems that drive the company's talent management philosophy. They will also design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness. A data-driven and storytelling approach will be applied when analyzing data to distill insights and convey significant findings that drive adjustments to organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Own all full-cycle recruiting responsibilities from posting new roles to onboarding new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management or related fields
  • MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years working in a high growth, venture-backed technology company, start-ups or scale-ups
  • 10+ years of overall technical recruiting, HR or organizational development experience
  • Experience managing a talent acquisition program end to end
  • Direct experience/leadership in technical recruiting of software developers
  • Proven experience in rapidly growing employee team size by 10% or more in one year
  • Organized with strong project management skills
  • Digital savvy individual familiar with the latest digital technologies and trends
  • Experience in delivering against a talent plan in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Flexible to work across global time zones as needed
