About the position

SPS Commerce is committed to attracting and retaining top talent by fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our Talent Marketing Capability, enhancing our employer brand and driving our talent acquisition efforts. The Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and owning the Talent Marketing Capability within the recruitment function. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, digital marketing, and collaboration to partner with our team for execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of enhancing employer brands and attracting top talent. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Marketing strategy aligned with the company's recruitment and business goals. You will review the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure it is effectively communicated across all channels. Additionally, you will create a strategic roadmap for talent marketing initiatives, including timelines, goals, and budget requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand message that reflects SPS's culture, values, and mission, overseeing the creation of visually appealing and engaging employer branding materials, and conducting market research to understand competitive positioning and refine the EVP. Your responsibilities will also include leading the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, videos, employee testimonials, and case studies, developing a content calendar to ensure regular and relevant updates across channels, and utilizing storytelling to create compelling narratives about the company's culture and employee experiences. You will manage social media platforms to promote the employer brand and engage with potential candidates, optimize career pages and job postings for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility, and develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture relationships with potential candidates. Furthermore, you will build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, implement and manage a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, and organize and participate in networking events, career fairs, webinars, and industry conferences. You will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, application rates, and source of hire, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of talent marketing campaigns and using data insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts. Collaboration with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams will be essential to ensure alignment and integration of efforts, and you will engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure buy-in for talent marketing initiatives. Training for recruitment teams on employer branding and marketing principles will also be part of your responsibilities.
