The Global Talent Project Coordinator at General Motors will serve as a strategic planner and launch captain for new learning programs across all functions within the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent management strategy and/or communications, with a preference for experience in a technical talent management function. The role requires a proactive approach to developing creative and innovative strategies to drive learning engagement across the organization. The Global Talent Project Coordinator will also be expected to design and implement comprehensive communication strategies that effectively launch new learning programs to the company. This includes creating and overseeing cross-functional project plans for these launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. The ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture is essential, as the coordinator will need to influence others without direct authority and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
