About the position

The Global Total Rewards Director will be responsible for managing and administering employee compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall compensation strategy within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can enhance employee satisfaction and retention through effective compensation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage employee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring that all employee benefits are communicated effectively and managed efficiently.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment between compensation practices and organizational goals.
  • Utilize systems such as Workday, Oracle, and Kronos for data management and reporting.
  • Support workers' compensation processes by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in employee evaluations by providing insights on compensation-related matters.
  • Negotiate compensation packages for new hires and existing employees as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in benefits administration and workers' compensation management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or Oracle is highly desirable.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Experience in negotiating compensation packages is a plus.
  • Background in human resources or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
