About the position
The Global Training Manager at MarketStar is responsible for designing, refining, and sustaining a range of internal training and enablement programs to support employees in their roles. This position aims to deliver high-quality training experiences that nurture a learning culture aligned with the company's core values. The role involves program design, team management, content creation, project management, and program evaluation, contributing to multiple training initiatives across the Google teams at MarketStar.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Trainers, focusing on their career development and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and Program Managers.
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement engaging training curricula, including course outlines and instructional materials.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
- Ensure adoption and retention of enablement programs and measure their effectiveness.
- Assist with training for new hires and existing teams.
- Represent the training team in internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with QA and Reporting teams to ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
- Manage all training reporting and communication.
Requirements

- Proven managerial experience in a sales/remote-first environment.
- Solid experience in building and overseeing training programs.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging.
