The Vice President of Infrastructure and Service Operations at Belron is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the global IT operations landscape. This position focuses on ensuring stability, security, and scalability of IT services while driving continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team across multiple countries, aligning IT operations with business objectives and advocating for best practices in IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a unified strategy for global IT operations aligned with Belron business objectives.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic vision for global IT infrastructure and service operations.
• Advocate and instill global ITSM and ITIL best practices throughout the organization.
• Lead the strategic direction for global IT cloud services and the development of a cutting-edge digital workplace.
• Inspire and motivate a diverse team across multiple countries, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of global IT services and operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with global IT infrastructure and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 50% of the time
• Must live in the Eastern Time zone for US applicants due to UK working hours
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven project management expertise
• Comprehensive technical acumen with the latest IT technologies and trends
• Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles
