About the position

The Global VP Digital product and North American (NORAM) Digital & Innovation leader is accountable for ensuring outstanding products are deployed and adopted by our consumers, clients, vendors and employees. Ensuring the organization does this based on very precise knowledge of consumer/client/vendors/employees needs is key. Products must be scalable across the entire organization globally and ultimately drive up the number of active consumers/clients/vendors/employees and profitability. The individual will also ensure the success of the NORAM Digital transformation by defining the correct strategic priorities, impact KPIs and driving end to end deployment / activation and profitability. This position is highly strategic and foundational for the Global and North American Technology Data & Digital (TDD) strategic plan execution and drives key activities: This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively create, share, and communicate the strategic vision for the Digital Transformation, especially with regards to Product Management Strategy, Roadmaps and Regional Optimization.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including but not limited to the Segment Leadership, Transversal Leadership, Tech & Services Leadership, TDD Leadership (Regionally, Globally and Headquarters), and ensure alignment and execution of the Digital Transformation.
  • Manage and build relationships with the Strategic technology suppliers to ensure timely service delivery to group, regional & country stakeholders.
  • Drive and own the global digital product roadmap for all regions on B2C, B2B and B2O digital priorities.
  • Lead the development of Global Innovation.
  • Lead the overall NorAm Digital plan execution including but not limited to Product Management of Digital Products, TDD organization alignment and optimization of Digital in line with industry best practices and technologies required to support the Digital transformation.
  • Drive Organization Change Management in alignment with Sodexo's Business Objectives to achieve deployment, adoption, and profitability of Digital Technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience leading the development and definition of Digital & Innovation Strategy in full alignment business priorities
  • Experience leading Global digital product roadmap for B2C, B2B and B2O macro priorities.
  • Experience executing digital & innovation priorities for in tight collaboration with stakeholders
  • Experience managing digital product and innovation managers.
