About the position

The Global Warranty Operations (GWO) Policy Specialist is responsible for managing warranty and policy requests, senior management communications, and leading the GWO US Policy Analyst team. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including global Policy Leads, NA Quality, Marketing, Product Development, Automotive Safety, and the Office of the General Counsel, to ensure effective service engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle various warranty and policy requests.
• Lead the GWO US Policy Analyst team.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
• Interface with global Policy Leads and other departments.
• Manage senior management communication requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in warranty operations or policy management.
• Strong communication skills.
