About the position

The Global Workplace Chief of Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the Global Workplace organization. This position involves providing operational leadership and executive advisory services, driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions, and facilitating integration between various corporate centers of excellence. The Chief of Staff will interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and enhance Global Workplace performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff for the Global Workplace VP of the Delivery Hub.
• Design and implement engagement strategies to enable integration between Global Workplace and other Corporate COEs.
• Connect efforts across the internal and external business to drive project progress and outcomes.
• Lead project design for Global Workplace for special projects.
• Support the delivery of key Global Workplace strategies and coordinate deliverables and deadlines with Delivery Hub leaders.
• Author and edit Global Workplace briefings, talking points, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance on budget management, organizational movements, and staff mapping.
• Act as a liaison between the Global Workplace VP and internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services organizations.
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally in commercial real estate.
• Experience with project management and project development.
• Experience with briefing all levels of staff, including senior leadership.
• Experience with creating polished reports and decks for presentation to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and maintain a strategic and analytical outlook.
• High School diploma or GED.
