About the position

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a rapidly growing car restoration shop, managing various departments including autobody/paint, mechanical, and upholstery. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and financial oversight, ensuring the shop runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the car restoration shop.
• Manage autobody/paint, mechanical, and upholstery departments.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Ensure financial oversight and management of shop resources.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15 direct reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in automotive restoration or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive restoration management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of classic cars and the restoration process is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
