Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, passionate, and result-oriented General Manager (GM) of Technology and Business Enablement to join the team located in San Jose, California. This role is pivotal in scaling and accelerating the company's first-to-market, cutting-edge AI servers, AI storage, data center infrastructure, and liquid cooling rack-level total solutions. The GM will be responsible for identifying new technology and business opportunities that support accelerated growth, expanding into new markets, improving and streamlining existing partnerships, and building a world-class technology and business enablement function. The GM will manage complex and dynamic relationships with large technology partners to deliver innovative total IT solutions to customers, significantly impacting revenue growth. Acting as the business owner and leader, the GM will drive a large cross-company and cross-functional team to delight customers and enable Supermicro's green computing technology across the globe. The role requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, solve problems with a sense of urgency, and possess a strong technical background and experience in IT and data center environments, particularly with server and storage products.
