About the position

As the Restaurant General Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive work environment and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Utilizing AES Systems, you will run a great restaurant by making accurate projections and creating effective schedules. Implementing restaurant controls, particularly in cash and inventory management, will be crucial to your success. You will set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • Hire, train & coach the team
  • Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results

Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
