Responsibilities

• Handle customer request for training classes.
• Coordinates technical support for customers.
• Handles AB site support (software) negotiations.
• Processes orders for Allen Bradley exchange and repairs.
• Conducts delivery status follow-up by expediting or tracing missing or delayed shipments.
• Processes Customer literature requests.
• Works closely with Warehouse, Accounting and Outside Sales to ensure timely accurate billing and accurate on-time deliveries.
• Focal point for customer problem resolution. Initiates immediate containment actions to satisfy the Customer.
• Acts as liaison between Customer and other McNaughton-McKay activities.
• Supports the branch GMS efforts when required.
• Completes and maintains required documentation.
• Assist in creating, implementing, and revising procedures and instructions.
• Supports all quality initiatives set forth by McNaughton-McKay Electric Co.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree or a pattern of continuing education preferred.
• Knowledge of McNaughton-McKay operations and products is preferred.
• Proven skills in communication, both written and oral.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office products required.
• Thorough knowledge of McNaughton-McKay's business systems is preferred.
