About the position

The GoLang Developer role is focused on developing, maintaining, enhancing, and testing complex systems within a production environment. The position requires strong software development skills, particularly in GoLang, and involves collaboration on multiple projects while adhering to established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and test complex systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex data system and software issues in production.
• Contribute software development expertise to multiple projects and ensure specifications are met.
• Conduct unit testing before releasing code to QA/UAT testing.
• Perform code reviews and receive PR feedback positively.
• Follow established software development standards and procedures and contribute to their improvement.
• Manage and maintain databases effectively.
• Actively participate in scrum events.
• Adhere to DevOps procedures.
• Evaluate new platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal algorithms and tools for software development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in GoLang, with experience in Java or Python as a plus.
• Strong understanding of REST API design patterns.
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker containers and YAML file concepts.
• Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Well-versed in database queries.
