About the position

As a Go-To-Market Product Manager in Merchant Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product innovation and driving value for customers. This position involves leading the end-to-end product life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer, and developing profitable products that resonate with clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of products and deliver high-quality experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Systems thinker who can design and execute enablement strategy and programs, with tools and training that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the GTM organization.
  • Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
  • Create playbooks, rubrics, collateral that help drive process adherence across the GTM org.
  • Develop to support our customer-facing teams to help them engage and deliver the most value to their customers.
  • Build partnerships with our customer-facing employees (account teams, specialists, and customer engineering) to ensure our content is delivering as intended.
