About the position

The Field Change and Communications Manager at CrowdStrike is responsible for developing and delivering effective communication strategies that align with Go To Market (GTM) priorities and organizational goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to create content that drives awareness and action, while also focusing on change management to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue Enablement and go to market teams to develop communications aligned to strategic GTM movements.
  • Bring a change management mindset to understand desired outcomes and the skills or knowledge required to achieve them.
  • Build and influence cross-functional communications strategy across multiple business pillars and GTM teams.
  • Design and create professional, engaging communications vehicles such as newsletters and webinars to drive awareness and action.
  • Collaborate with PMM and Marketing to ensure content meets sales needs.
  • Understand organizational skill requirements and sales methodologies to influence content curation.
  • Utilize creative skills to design visually appealing presentations and materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance engagement and learning retention.
  • Audit content in Highspot for consistency and alignment with sales processes.
  • Measure, track, and report content effectiveness, evolving as needed in collaboration with the Content Lead.
  • Manage and organize content within the CMS to ensure materials are up to date.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years in developing Content Design, Change Management, and/or Communications roles
  • Understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycles, and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Experience with PROSCI or relevant Change Management methodologies
  • Experience with employee communications in an internal GTM role
  • Proven experience in content design and creation in a sales enablement or training role
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint)
  • Video editing experience (e.g., Camtasia)
  • Experience with L&D and content management software (e.g., Litmos, Highspot, Articulate Rise 360, Seismic, Allego)
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Program and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to leverage tools to measure content effectiveness.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in L&D and content management
