About the position

The Go-to-Market Specialist Solutions Architect for Analytics at AWS is responsible for leveraging Data & AI services to help customers design solutions that address their complex business challenges. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive the adoption of AWS services, creating enablement materials, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and AWS Analytics services. The position emphasizes thought leadership, customer engagement, and the development of prototypes and proof of concepts to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AWS Analytics services and share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, white-papers, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Sales, Business Development, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on customer engagements.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS Analytics services teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of Data-related subject matter experts worldwide.
• Create field enablement materials for the broader Solutions Architect population to help them integrate AWS GenAI solutions into customer architectures.
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts while interacting closely with customers and the academic community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 2+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
