About the position

The Go-to-Market Specialist Solutions Architect for Analytics at AWS is responsible for leveraging Data & AI services to help customers design effective solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive customer adoption of AWS services, creating enablement materials, and acting as a technical liaison to gather feedback for product improvements. The position emphasizes thought leadership, customer advisory, and the development of prototypes and proofs of concept (PoCs).

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AWS Analytics services and share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, white-papers, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Sales, Business Development, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on customer engagements.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS Analytics services teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of Data-related subject matter experts worldwide.
• Create field enablement materials for the broader Solutions Architect population to help them integrate AWS GenAI solutions into customer architectures.
• Build prototypes and PoCs, and explore new solutions while interacting closely with customers and the academic community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 2+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
